Ken McWilliams - Managing Director - Ken has over 30 years' experience in the IT&T industry, with the last six years his focusing primarily in the business continuity arena.
Ken is experienced in the development of business continuity management systems and the development of strategies to ensure a business is capable of surviving a crisis. His view is that time turns a crisis into a disaster, and if you can avoid the down time and keep your business operating, you can avoid the disaster.
Kens further experience includes:
Strategic planning - development of business and technology strategic plans, analysis of effects of new strategies on people, processes and technology, development of change management plans required to support strategy implementation, identification of business risks and opportunities arising from changes in market/technology
Requirements Definition - key understanding of the processes and importance of sound requirements definition, as a key part of all major projects delivered into either government or corporate business
Information and Strategic Planning - experience in strategic planning at a senior level in large corporate organisations, involving key shifts in business approach Business development- strong proven understanding of the account management process, including opportunity development, and bid and tender response.
Tender Management- in depth knowledge of tender processes, formats, practice and management. tender development, requirements gathering, independent tender response review
Negotiation- experience in the evaluation and negotiation of contracts, development of service level agreements, development of business/market plans
Organisational change - leading projects involving significant organisational change, understanding of effects of process changes on the business
