Embedding Business Continuity - We can advise and review how business continuity can be integrated into the day to day business activities.
Business Impact Analysis- We can review or carry out a BIA to establish and define the internal and external inputs and processes for the identified critical business functions.
Threat and Risk Assessment- We can review or assist with identifying threats or risks to the inputs and processes identified in the BIA. For identified risks requiring treatment we can look at proactive measures to reduce the likelihood of disruption, or shorten or limit the impact of the disruption
Implementation- We can design and execute agreed strategies and tactics to eliminate or reduce the impact of disruption caused by a crisis event
Validation - You really only know if you BCMS is effective if you test it. We can provide:
Walk Through - of processes and procedures to check for anomalies
Call Tree - check of contact details and call tree processes to ensure effective communication in a crisis event
Simulation - a table top exercise where a scenario is unfolded and reactions documented and reviewed
Full Exercise - an actual activation exercise where all or part of an organisation is tested against a given scenario
